30 Day – Free Exchange Policy
30-day after your order is delivered begins your 30day exchange and warranty.
Exchange (1 free exchange per order) your order please email ( Batieglow.com) with your order number and request to make an exchange and the expenses related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
– Your exchange will only ship once our team has confirmed received the correct items you are exchanging. We cannot ship your exchange before we receive the original items in your order.
-The exchanging items must be clean, unworn and shipping with original packaging to be accepted.
– After exchange is requested the package must be shipped to us within 5 business days.
– Due to high demand we cannot guarantee the items your originally purchased will be available to exchange later. (Ex. If you would like to exchange your size 5 ring to a six 6 – it is possible we may be sold out of the size 6 and cannot exchange for that size)
(Sizes and items for exchange are not guaranteed until receipt of return item.)
30 Day – Damage Replacement/Warranty Policy
Replacement/Warranty – If your item is damaged within the 30 days of delivery we will gladly replace your item and send you another for free.
( Replacement of original item and original size only)
Requirements for Claiming your warranty – An image of the damaged item is required to claim your replacement in addition to your order being within the 30 days from your delivery date.
-Due to high volume orders we cannot always guarantee the size or item you will need to replace will be available.
*If an item damaged in shipment we will send you a shipping label and replace the damaged item*
Refund Policy
-We do not offer money back refunds or cancellations of orders.
-We cannot change the form of payment after purchase.

Shipping Policy
– EU orders receive automatic free shipping
“Free shipping available across Europe, excluding the Canary Islands.”
– For international order shipping fees are calculated by your location and the shipping carrier of your choice.
– Additional Re-shipping fees for domestic return orders. These include packages that are Return to sender or Insufficient address.
– We cannot change an address that is already in transit.
-We cannot Forward packages or ship to forwarding addresses.

– All orders will ship out/process 2-3 business days after purchase.
-The 2-3 business day processing timeline does not count for shipping timeline.

International Shipping Policy
– Shipping fees are calculated by your location and the shipping carrier of your choice.
– Additional Re-shipping fees (Based on location) for orders that are returned to us for the following reasons. These include packages that are Return to sender, Insufficient address, unpaid customs and etc.
-Customs Fees are based on your location and local government, We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged a custom fee.
